The tour was very nice and in a very short time we were shown the most beautiful parts of the park.
Brilliant guide who was very informative , funny and knowledgable. The area was breathtakingly beautiful.
Went on a day tour to Plitvice lakes. I am impressed how everything was PERFECTLY organised! Few days before the tour you get messages with practical information. We stayed around 5 hours in the park, took the train and the boat, walked 9km, perfect tour suitable for anyone and you see a lot. You can still walk to your own beat, the guide manage to keep in touch with everyone in the group and that the “trail instructions” are clear. Special thanks to Klara, our guide, passionated, nice and funny ! Also to mention that the bus driver drove very safely!
I like everything but Vice was the best. The nature is excellent.

The park is beautiful and the guide very good, but you can not see the whole park is a pity not to see the part that most wanted to see.
I couldn't do the experience and I got my money back. That was very good.
The way information about the tour was presented was very misleading. We ended up not using the tickets, so money spent completely wasted.

We can absolutely recommend a visit to Plitvice Lakes. We had a great day. Even our teenage girls enjoyed the trip. We can recommend Route G. You should allow about 5 hours for this.
Most of the staff speak English and so it's easy to get information. The park is well organized. Not cheap, but worthy.
Breathtaking scenery with crystal-clear lakes and impressive waterfalls. Nature lovers and adventure seekers.
The park was astonishingly beautiful! Everyone was very helpful, ticketing, parking, etc. was all simple. The app ticketing was very easy as well. 100% recommend!
The beautiful nature cannot be described with photos .... Your own impressions make everything perfect. The whole organization in the park with bus and boat is perfect 👌🏼. Everything is super clean and the prices are absolutely justified.
The park is very beautiful with pristine nature. You can choose different routes depending on the length . I did route B of a duration of about three hours.
The waterfalls and hikes, boat trips were breathtaking. I can only recommend the national park. An unforgettable experience.
A visit to Plitvice Jezera Park was one of our stops for our vacation in Croatia. Personally, I recalled a visit from several years ago, but my wife was there for the first time. Everything went great, we covered the longest route. In addition, the park's online support service, made it very easy for us to resolve an issue - positively. Recommended.
The connection with nature, the place is gorgeous and Also it is really easy to walk the route chosen because there are signals where to go.
Great way to buy tickets and jump the queue. The whole experience was incredible. We hiked route c which took about 4 hours at a medium pace. Every step was breathtaking scenery. All the paths were well maintained and made it a delightful experience
We were there at 7am and walked/drove route C...as it was very early and still fresh at the beginning (start at 8.5 degrees/finish at 11:30am at 19 degrees) there were hardly any people around at the beginning. We made great progress and our daughter (10) was always well distracted. It was mega nice and a really great experience ☺️. The only important thing is to have enough food with you at this time of day, as you can only buy something later.
Great organization, we walked through the park without an additional guide, always following our Route H. Everything was well signposted! And with the suuuuper weather today it was just wonderful
Pure nature. Further back in the park, which we reached on the panoramic train, it was very quiet. We also took the boat. Only the long queue is very tiring. There are also plenty of toilets in the park. Everything is very clean here. It was a great experience. We drove all the way over from Istria. It was worth it.
Beautiful nature (incredible waterfalls, beautiful lakes, great hiking trails!) with great signage. Very nice, friendly and helpful staff!!!
Plitvice Lakes Croatia is heaven on earth, amazing colours of still lakes and fresh waterfalls, fresh air and cleaness everywhere, no barbage bins, no toilets on the wooden trails, no anyone can understand the principle here. Nature is sacred and at Plitvice they know how to keep it preserved this way by not encouraging consumerism. Number one point of attraction in Croatia, my perspective.
It was a wonderful experience! The landscapes and the nature's sounds were amazing. We chose the path c and after the boat we feel a little tired but we found space to stop and fill our battery enjoying the view. The train goes to st 1 and st 2 and it's about 15 min walk more to the exit. Be careful at which stop you should get out!
The staff was super friendly and explained everything very well. They tell you which way to go depending on your time and disposition. The park is very well maintained and signposted, they have several points during the tours where you can rest and buy something if you need it. The views are spectacular, it is definitely a worthwhile experience. It is advisable to go early, as later in the afternoon there are more people and especially you will find larger groups. But without a doubt it is an unforgettable experience!
Complete overview of the park. Route H brought/started from top to bottom. Beautiful route through the magnificent park with nice views. Experiences building of waterfalls in the route. Would recommend route H.
It is truly beautiful and an unforgettable experience. Pure nature and magical. You have to see and experience it.
The amazing nature and the organization of bus, boat and pick up back with the bus! What was less , is the fact that you have to be on site at 6.45am to be told there that you only have a bus at 8am if you take hike H, For the rest everything okay
Just the natural beauty. The infrastructure is terrible, toilets, drinking fountains, places to eat and signs are poor or non-existent. Ill-tempered and rude staff. Nature 10, infrastructure 1.5.
Very beautiful waterfalls and lakes with fabulous landscapes! Forest tour! The signage could be more and clear bus ride time intervals were not found! Regardless, it should be a full day experience for everyone to see the silver lakes!
We were there with a small child and were recommended a relatively "short" route of about 5 km, which was totally enough. We saw such beautiful waterfalls and lakes, it was definitely worth it. And as it is also recommended not to take a baby carriage or buggy with you, you didn't have to worry that you wouldn't make it back with a child without stress.
The Lakes & waterfalls were amazing. Such a beautiful place! Went with my sons who loved it too. How anyone could be disappointed is beyond me. I'm glad it was low season for our visit , as not so many people walking around although we still had to wait an hour for a boat so be prepared for longer wait times. We did route C & lived the hiking element that was less busy. The trees are majestic and being immersed in nature was wonderful. A great day out.
Ticket purchase went perfectly - showing it in the app was wonderful. The park is a dream - wonderful winding paths close to the water. The routes are easy to walk, depending on your level. Some sections can be covered by boat or shuttle bus. Everything is very well signposted and easy to understand. There are plenty of rest areas and toilets. An impressive experience that should not be missed.

We had tickets booked for the 8 AM ferry but arrived with a delay. Thankfully, we were still allowed to board for the 9 AM ferry, which was a great relief. The park in the morning was peaceful and not overcrowded, allowing us to explore comfortably without any hassle. Parking was straightforward, although the €10 fee felt a bit steep. That said, everything else went smoothly, and we really enjoyed the visit. Overall, it was a great experience. We’d definitely recommend visiting, but make sure to go early in the morning to avoid the crowds and the intense midday sun!
You should go to the national park early in the morning. Unfortunately, it gets a bit crowded from midday onwards. It's beautiful and you can go hiking
The waterfalls crystal clear water, lots of trout, nature. Would like on several place to have a trails map and one's location on it. Connecting lower and upper lakes and waterfalls with a walking/hiking trails along the river will greatly benefit all visitors
The booking of the tickets worked without any problems online, the visit to the park was very nice, the nature is simply impressive, the boat trip from Skradinski Buk to the waterfalls was also very nice
Boat ride was nice, waterfalls were pretty. Disappointed to not get to swim!
Purchase was simple and the park is magnificent
It was easy to book everything was great, the team on site was very helpful and friendly.
Amazing park with a very nice trail along the water. We had a wonderful time. Highly recommended.
Beautiful Park.Do recommend to.go in the morning
Beautiful park with breathtaking nature and waterfalls.
We had a wonderful day!!! Mother Nature has left us speechless.
We thought the tickets included a visit to the park and boat access to Visovak Island. In the end, we had to add €30 to see this island. Fortunately, we were able to see Sradinski Buk, which is a real marvel! But we didn't get to see the rest of the park (Roski slap, Krka monastery, Burnum site), so we were a little disappointed. What's more, the park staff weren't very friendly, and weren't very willing to give us explanations on how to visit the site, which was a real shame.
Walking through the maze of waterways and experiencing nature up close. See the falls and ride the boat During the boat trip, the stopover at rostly was far too short to go on the discovery trails. Generally speaking, the signage is not strategically placed, so it's easy to miss the paths you're looking for. Educational trails are particularly poorly signposted. Bus and boat drivers should be better trained to inform people. They are brusque, treating people like children who are yelled at when they don't understand their instructions. Women at information desks are generally more polite and efficient. I understand the operating limitations due to the crowds, but some of them end up being unpleasant without providing any added value. For example, it's impossible to enter via lovazac by bus and exit via skradin by boat. We walked 4 km and saw 5 boats go by with very few people on them. Similarly, on boat trips, you have to keep going on the same boat, which makes it impossible to explore the paths. That said, we enjoyed our day. It's a magnificent park.
Beautiful Park. Beautiful surroundings. Just a pity that there are still pictures on the site that you can swim while since 2021 that is no longer allowed. And also a pity that you can easily see everything in the park in 1 day.
The bus transportation was easy, we got dropped off and hiked 3km on an unmarked road to get into the park. Once in the park, signage was still vague, with arrows pointing to boats but not necessarily the correct boat to take you back to your entry point. The boardwalks throughout the park were uneven and loose (Plitvice was not, they were excellent, so this is more of a comparison than a criticism) and the park felt more commercial, with vendors and shops throughout the park.
The booking was easy and we didn't have to queue at the Tourist Info an hour in advance. Kind vacation greetings O. & M.
The park is beautiful and is still very natural, without excessive tourist facilities. In my opinion, however, more detailed directions would be needed in some places. For example, at a junction the same destination in both directions was indicated, but without indicating what the length of the two routes were or their duration. The staff was very helpful, but some too general in their directions.
National Park from the 'impact with the beauty of nature, variety of vegetation, diversity of streams and waterfalls, and the fantastic alternation between the chirping of birds and the flight of colorful butterflies and dragonflies. Warned about the care to be taken, I met and saw several snakes. Wonderful experience
I didn't like that there was nothing included with the entrance fee. I found the experience very expensive. I even had to pay to go to the bathroom. At least one boat ride should have been included with the entrance fee. What I did like was that they took us on and off by bus.
Very well laid out and well organised. A beautiful place. Getting there early meant it felt like we had the place to ourselves.
Wonderful nature. Unfortunately far too crowded. Swimming in front of the floods was unfortunately no longer permitted. I will still be back.
Very poor directions for where to go. The links on the connected with Google Maps were not clear. Had to look it up ourselves. Otherwise, it went well.
The park itself is majestic, there is no other way to describe it, but only the Park, not the entrance experience or the lack of communication.
Unfortunately beautiful natural park. So clean and well organized. Staff very helpful. A few place for refreshments too.
Nice experience but there is little clarity in the management of the activity, routes, outings etc.

Very good organization and communication Our guide Sanja was very friendly and caring I recommend this tour!
Very good organized tour, with lots of free time but also group activities. The tour guide was very nice, kind and funny.
Beautiful waterfalls. Take decent shoes, wouldn't recommend flip flops as ground can be uneven in places although a lot of the waterfall walk is via wooden boardwalk.
Richard the tour guide is the best!
A memorable day, I throughly enjoyed it from the boat journey to the scenery.
Superb excursion and our guide Gabriella taught us lots of things. I recommend +++
The site itself, but above all the kindness and helpfulness of the guide
The ticketting experienced was well organized. The park was really nice but there are a lot of people out there who wanted the glimsed of this popular park. So it was crowdy and had to stand on que everywhere, as in. Our guide Magdalena is a nice and sweet girl who shows good responsibility for the group and updated us from time to time via whats up.
Esperienza molto bella.
Magnificently preserved natural park. The park is clean and teeming with life! It's still pleasant to walk around despite the August heat. Well-supervised tour and very dynamic guide. We took the tour in English. We recommend
Mate was an amazing guide, the best we could have. Has a solution to every situation, talkative, intelligent and interesting. Gladly recommend
The whole trip was very well organised. From meeting our tour guide, to the coach driver and everything else we had a wonderful day out at Krka! Myself, husband and 3 children had a great day which went by so quickly!
The guide was super friendly, funny and helpful! Loved the nature there!
