Went on a day tour to Plitvice lakes. I am impressed how everything was PERFECTLY organised! Few days before the tour you get messages with practical information. We stayed around 5 hours in the park, took the train and the boat, walked 9km, perfect tour suitable for anyone and you see a lot. You can still walk to your own beat, the guide manage to keep in touch with everyone in the group and that the “trail instructions” are clear. Special thanks to Klara, our guide, passionated, nice and funny ! Also to mention that the bus driver drove very safely!

Beautiful park! I recommend reservation especially in full periods. Walkway a bit difficult for small dogs because it has holes. There are no barriers and it seems that night access is free.

Very well signposted, the people at the park advise you on tours and everything is well organized. Panoramic bus, boat. I did the H route in 4 hours, thinking I wouldn't have the time, but 6 hours is taking your time, so there's no need to speed. Picnic tables are also provided. Really worth doing and very well organized and signposted. I'll do it again if I ever get the chance.

The NP is beautiful 🤩 . The footbridges are difficult for dogs to walk on because the gaps between the planks are so large that their paws get stuck. The bigger the paws, the safer.

The on-line ticket purchase was seemless. When we arrived at entrance #1, we discovered you could purchase tickets at the entrance, but be warned in the busy season they migh be sold out for your time slot you were wishing to enter? So beware, busy times plan ahead and purchase early on-line. The site is easy to navigate!

The visit to Plitvice Lakes was fantastic, such a wonderful area and so well maintained. We thoroughly enjoyed our day. Only one reservation and that was that there was such a long queue for the boat ride from P1to P2 that we walked instead. I found the experience of getting tickets on the Headout app very frustrating - downloaded the app but then when tried to view tickets I kept going round in circles - this could be improved

The nature is wonderful and we are really lucky to have the opportunity to see it. At the end of our journey in the Park unfortunaly we had to wait more than 1 hour in a queue for the boat to take us from St2 to St1, which was really bad because we had not enough time to see the other side of the park.

Plitvice itself is beautiful, but it has also become the edge of mass tourism. On the other hand, the planner on the map is imprecise, so that we, at the end of the walk, have to turn back so that we have not been able to take advantage of the timetable for wading and later by car. U tom smislu platiti 81€ za pogled na vodopade je previše. Or that, for years we have been putting off the departure, so that the experience remains a burden.

It is a very beautiful area. Unfortunately we missed the last boat from P3 at 17.30 hrs. With an opening time until 8pm, the boats should leave by 7pm. Unfortunately we only had tickets from 3pm. The food was very expensive. It was a very nice afternoon.

We took the shortest route. Perhaps using the bus and boat, for those who walk, is a waste of time. Because there's no view, just transportation. We used them, but we walked back. And if you're going by car, be very careful with the location on the way back. It's a real mess. The signal is not always stable enough to locate you on the way back

The ticketting experienced was well organized. The park was really nice but there are a lot of people out there who wanted the glimsed of this popular park. So it was crowdy and had to stand on que everywhere, as in. Our guide Magdalena is a nice and sweet girl who shows good responsibility for the group and updated us from time to time via whats up.

Esperienza molto bella.

Magnificently preserved natural park. The park is clean and teeming with life! It's still pleasant to walk around despite the August heat. Well-supervised tour and very dynamic guide. We took the tour in English. We recommend
